MWW AUTOMOTIVE GROUP DEBUTS AT NATIONAL AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ASSOCIATION (NADA) EXPO IN SAN FRANCISCO FEBRUARY 9-12. TOP MANAGEMENT HIGHLIGHTS NEW PRODUCTS, NEW VERTICAL INTEGRATION AND NEW GLOBAL PRESENCE

HOWELL, Mich., February 9, 2008 - MWW Automotive Group, (OTC BB:MWWC.OB - News), a global design, engineering and manufacturing firm that customizes accessories for leading international automobile manufacturers, is exhibiting for the first time at this year's National Automobile Dealers Association Convention and Expo in San Francisco, February 9-12, 2008.

At BOOTH # 3245W, members of MWW top management will be present to introduce a wide range of new products and services and inform dealers, managers and industry representatives about the Company's new global presence and expanded domestic and international client base.

MWW's sleek double-decker booth will present a comprehensive overview of the Company, its clients, resources and capabilities and the three major acquisitions it has made in 2007:

  • Modelworxx, a design and engineering firm with its design team operating from within the BMW Design Headquarters in Munich, Germany;
  • Colortek, a Class A painting facility in Baroda, Michigan, that produces for MWW, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota;
  • AutoFX, a Class A painting facility in Elkhart, Indiana, that paints RV conversions for such customers as Forest River, Gulfstream and Jayco.

New Products: Visitors at the San Francisco event will get a first look at several new MWW products for Toyota - among them, two spoilers for the 2009 Corolla, Toyota's biggest selling model, one spoiler for the 2009 Matrix, and a leading edge design running board for the RAV4. Dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEs) can experience and discuss first-hand with MWW management the full range of MWW's top-quality customized accessories, including:

  • Interior systems such as dash trim kits and door sills,
  • Exterior systems such as spoilers and body side moldings,
  • Performance exhaust systems and
  • Electronic systems such as Digital iPod interfaces and Collision Monitoring Systems.

MWW delivers these and other customized accessories as complete "turnkey" installation programs to automobile manufacturers' assembly lines and Vehicle Processing Centers in North America and Europe. A map and contact information at the booth will put dealers directly in touch with the Center nearest them in order to take delivery of MWW products.

Two video screens will show running presentations about the MWW Automotive Group's structure and capabilities, including a special video showing the "making of" a MINI concept car that created a sensation at the Frankfurt Automobile Show in October 2007. Viewers can watch each step of the process from concept until the car rolls onto the floor of the Frankfurt show.

Scott Wolin, MWW's Director of Sales, said, "We want dealers and OEs to be aware of our products and of our unique track record of excellence in leading edge design and quality manufacturing. We have worked for many years with companies such as Toyota and BMW, two of the most demanding global manufacturers in the industry, honing the quality of our design, engineering and manufacturing capabilities."

Rainer Poertner, Executive Vice President of MWW, added, "In the past year, our acquisitions of Colortek, AutoFX and Modelworxx have made us a more vertically integrated manufacturer. While many others are downsizing, MWW has grown. We now have international reach coupled with a reputation for the highest quality products. By making smart, carefully selected acquisitions within our core industry, we have increased our vertical integration, reached into new markets, and expanded our product roster, service and client base. Our clients now include such outstanding companies as Toyota, BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, Kia, and Hyundai as well as leading RV manufacturers such as Fleetwood, Forest River and Gulfstream. Our goal in San Francisco is to make the Global automotive industry fully aware of what we have to offer, now and in the future."

Mr. Winzkowski, CEO of MWW, added, "In the next few months, we expect to rapidly expand our footprint as a global company, as we make several U.S. products available to the European markets through Modelworxx, our subsidiary in Munich, Germany, and make Modelworxx's European products available to U.S. markets. Modelworxx has been certified as a supplier for Toyota Motor Europe, adding to its longtime relationships with BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce. Modelworxx's first shipment of the Toyota RAV 4 running board accessories has been delivered to Toyota Motor Europe, as announced last month, and production for follow up orders has commenced. Plans for distribution of this new product into other European countries are currently in discussion with Toyota Europe. MWW expects to see substantial growth to our bottom line through these activities in 2008."
