MWW Group Governance System
Strategic leadership is carried out by the MWW Group Management Board. MWW management has implemented a clear, solid Group Governance System to continuously strengthen corporate management teams within MWW’s decentralized business divisions in the US and Europe.

In cooperation between all group members we have developed an overall group strategy and structure to deploy, instruct and support the management staff.

Each of the MWW business segments must be capable of developing independently within the Group and measure itself against the competitors in its market.

Revenue & Profitability benchmarks have been established for each of the individual business segments, with the objective to consistently increase revenue and profit for the entire group. Each group’s goal is to achieve this typically within one business cycle.
